Code of conduct
Our code of conduct describes how we treat each other, our customers and data. It applies to everyone who works at or for EDUos.
- We handle personal data with care and use it only for its intended purpose.
- We are honest with customers, also when something goes wrong.
- We accept no gifts or benefits that could influence our judgement.
- We treat everyone with respect, without discrimination.
- We report mistakes and risks, so we can learn from them together.
Zero tolerance for
- Bullying, harassment and discrimination
- Bribery and corruption
- Fraud and money laundering
- Misuse of data about students or staff

Reports are treated confidentially. Anyone who reports a suspected wrongdoing in good faith will not be disadvantaged for it.

You can also ask for advice or make a report at the Dutch Whistleblowers Authority (Huis voor Klokkenluiders), the independent reporting point in the Netherlands.
