Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim for level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.

What we do

  • Every page works with the keyboard, with a visible focus and a link to skip straight to the content.
  • The interactive timetable demo also works with the arrow keys, and every lesson has a description for screen readers.
  • Text and background have enough contrast, and animations are off if you’ve set that on your device.
  • Images have a description, and screenshots can be enlarged.
  • The website is available in Dutch and English.

Known limitations

  • In screenshots of EDUos Web not all text is available as real text. The key information is also in the surrounding text.
  • Blog posts are written in Confluence and may contain formatting we can’t fully check.

This statement is based on our own review. No independent audit has been carried out yet.
